SERVICES WE PROVIDE 

FULL VACUUMING OF ALL CEILING OR WALL SURFACES INCLUDING

• Roof or wall building structure 
• HVAC piping/equipment & grates 
• Electrical wiring & conduit 
• Light fixtures 
• Tops of equipment  
• Damp wiping of the above surface can be provided however in 95% of applications this is not recommended or required as it drives clients up with little to no improvement to air quality or dust control in the facility 

PROCESS’S

• Our policy is to use powerful HEPA vacuums to remove 95% of the dust in high surfaces 
• We never use blowers to blow dust & debris down…. This just makes a mess 
• Vacuums will stop most of the debris from falling however there is always a little floor or lower level clean up.  We easily clean this up with vacuuming/sweeping and auto scrubbing the floors if necessary 

SCHEDULING & COMMUNICATION

• All work is performed after hours (weekends if necessary) so our client’s sites are affected the least amount possible. 
• Scheduling coordinators and our customer service team with communicate with you to organize dates, logistics & any other details.  They will communicate every morning to make sure any concerns are dealt with that evening  

SAFETY & STAFFING

• All members on site are fall arrest trained… 
• Lift operators are certified (some of our general labours may not be) 
• Respirators are used if necessary  
• We use HEPA filters on all our industrial vacuums, so air quality is not adversely affected by our work.
