About Us
In 2006, Alan and Allison Avis incorporated the startup cleaning company they launched in their townhouse basement 2 years prior. Today, Custom Clean Atlantic has grown to become one of the largest privately owned cleaning company’s in the Maritime provinces.
With offices in Halifax, Saint John, Moncton, Fredericton, Bathurst and Charlottetown, the company now has 250 employees servicing over 400 clients. Clients range from grocery stores, pharmacies, malls, office towers, manufacturing buildings, call centres and more.

The dreamer of the organization, with 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. Alan’s unique “1 page” management style allows our team to make fast decisions on their own. His ability to build and simplify complex operational structures and build a culture of accountability is what made CCA what it is today.
Allison Dodge-Avis
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Allison’s background in high accountability road construction & survey operations brought a unique point of view to CCA when she started it. A self taught, skilled financial manager, she’s that “always has the right answer, give the ball to me” person. If you are chasing a goal or on a deadline you want Ali on your side.
Janice Smyth
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Janice brings a background of 10 years of Administrative, Customer Service, Management and Scheduling experience which assists in maintaining the company’s accurate coverage. She is not afraid to take on a challenge and problem solves, repair issues quickly when they arise. Janice’s ability to “get it done now” is one of her many strengths.

Doug brings a world of experience to CCA With over 30 years in cleaning, construction and facilities management. Not afraid to get his hands dirty, he leads our operations team from out front watching data, guiding staff, wondering sites, problem solving and guiding the complex logistics of a regional based labour organization.
